When you arrive at the estate and drive through the entry gate into the courtyard you will see one of the most impressive displays of native landscape to be found at a private residence.

You will then enter the home through the custom wrought iron front door. When you step into the foyer you will be welcomed by a beautiful collection of contemporary artwork.

To your left you will see a short hallway with the butler's kitchen which leads to the three-car garage.

To your right you will walk into the south wing of the house where you will find a large open floor plan that combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The space is perfectly setup to entertain and socialize.

Down the hall in the south wing there is a guest bedroom with an en suite bath and an additional guest bath. Keep walking further and you will approach the master suite.

The master suite features a sitting area with a smart TV and an office nook with desk so you can work on any business matters you have while on vacation.

When it’s time to lay down and go to bed you will fall asleep easily on the new top of the line luxury beauty rest black label mattress and premium luxury linens.

The large master bathroom features a handmade copper bathtub and an oversize two-person glass tile shower. You will also find a his and hers vanity and toilet room.

Now let’s take a walk to the north wing of the house, where you will find a large game room with a custom bar that was once part of a Hollywood movie set. The game room features a large seating area with a 70” smart TV, poker table, air hockey table, and foosball table.

Off the game room through a hidden bookcase you will find a self contained apartment with living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

Continue down the hall of the north wing and you will find three well-appointed guest bedrooms and two luxurious guest bathrooms.

As impressive as the inside of the house is, the outside is even more magical and is truly one-of-a-kind.

When you enter the resort backyard you will feel like you are on an episode of "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous".

You'll enter the backyard through a large covered patio where there is a seating area, gas grill and dining table with seating for 18 people.

The pool complex is furnished with commercial resort quality chaise loungers and seating. There’s plenty of room for you and all of your friends to hang out by the pool and enjoy the Arizona sun.

There is a large eight-person spa for everyone to enjoy. The pebble tech pool also features a rock waterfall and slide.

The entire pool and spa area is gated so if you have little children you don’t need to worry about them wandering outside and falling in the pool. It’s kid safe and family friendly.

Speaking of kids, there are a couple of special areas in the backyard that are just for children. There’s a brand new Little Tikes commercial playground. This is guaranteed to keep your little ones busy playing for hours.

Next to the playground there is a children’s splash pad. The kids will love running through this on a hot day. It’s a great way for kids to stay cool when it’s warm outside. Parents, you may even find yourself running through it, too.

Kids aren’t the only ones who get to have fun in this backyard, this place has something for everyone. If you’re a golfer you’re guaranteed to love this backyard.

You’ll find a shaded putting green so you can work on your short game. When you’re not working on your putting you can practice with your drivers and irons over at the golf cage.

If that’s not enough you also have a full nine-hole miniature golf course which is both fun and challenging for everyone.
