This home features the finest finishes & furnishings. The kitchen features a gourmet chef's kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances including 6 burner gas stove, refrigerator/freezer combo, microwave with heating drawer, dishwasher, fully stocked utensil drawers, coffee maker, juicer, blender etc. The large entertaining room is home to a custom bar, built from imported Bolivia wood which is fully stocked with all your bar needs and a pool table.

The grassed backyard features an exquisite Pebble Tec pool, gas fire pit, several outdoor comfortable seating areas, lounge chairs and a covered ramada with a gas BBQ, TV, fireplace and an additional seating area. 

There is plenty of seating and room for entertaining in the open floor layout between the gourmet kitchen, eating area and entertaining area with TV, pool table, built-in bar and surround sound TV system - all with beautiful views to the backyard and surrounding desert. 

The theater is fully stocked with DVDs, books and board games for family fun.

The kitchen is stocked with table settings for 16 people, gourmet cookware, two sinks (including a prep sink), top-of-the-line oven and gas 6 burner cooktop, spice rack and pantry staples to get you started.  

Each bedroom features fine linens and extra pillows for the utmost comfort. Most have a TV in the room. Each master suite has an en suite bathroom. All bathrooms feature hairdryers, toiletries and extra bath towels.

Master: King, en suite bathroom (upstairs) 

Master 2: King, three twins, en suite bathroom (upstairs) 

Bedroom 3: King (main level) 

Bedroom 4: 2 bunk beds (main level) 

Bedroom 5: has sleeper sofa and can be used as a bedroom (main level)

1 master suite features a kitchenette, HUGE walk-in closet, and direct access to the gym. 

Near the back of the home, lies a fully enclosed glass walled, sun room. The sun room includes an air conditioner wall unit that keep the room cool, even on those scorching Arizona summer days. This room features a beautiful view of the backyard and of the surrounding desert, along with a TV. 

The backyard is fully grassed and hosts a state of the art Pebble Tec pool, spa, a covered, outdoor ramada with BBQ, TV, covered fireplace and seating area, a built-in gas fire pit with surround seating, several lounge chairs and other lush seating areas. You can see the majestic Arizona sunsets, unobstructed every night from any place in the backyard. The garage is fully stocked with pool accessories including children's life jackets and flotation devices, pool rafts and toys. A pool bathroom is located near the back of the home accessible from inside the home and the back patio. This bathroom is home to pool towels, sunscreens, lotions and other toiletries. The home also includes 4 covered patios complete with comfortable patio furniture/daybeds. A large, covered front porch adds additional desert views, seating and sunset viewing. 

The house also features an in-home gym equipped with a treadmill, spin bike, dip bar, free weights, TV, etc with a gorgeous view of the backyard and desert to make working out even more enjoyable.  

A laundry room featuring a state-of-the-art washers and dryers along with hundreds of toiletries and paper products and extra towels and sheets.
